Liked a tackle & appeared for Carnforth Seniors at just 15.

Retired from the game at just 19 (We think, no archives recovered for this period), due to knee injury.

Been building his fitness up for the last 15 yrs in anticipation for the Over 35's. Lasted 15 mins before giving way to injury.
